Pastor Dillon and AnnaKate Mantooth are no strangers to College Park Church, they have been the Youth Pastors over Planet Red Youth for a little over two years now. Their love for your students is unconditional and they are always there for them and make sure all feel included. We appreciate all their hard work and dedication in everything they do. As we speak, they are finalizing all the details to take the youth away for the weekend to Camp Wannahockaloogie tomorrow afternoon. Here are a few words they had to say about their expectations for the weekend. “We are so looking forward to and expecting amazing things this year at Camp Wannahockaloogie! The next few days we will be unplugging from the world to dive deeper into our relationship with God and to fall more in love with him. We say with great faith that we will be encountering the Holy Spirit and experiencing break through. This camp we will develop disciples, spread supernatural love, and add to our family at Planet Red. We know this camp will change lives and we can’t wait for your kids to be apart.” Please be in prayer for this next generation and the time they are about to have at camp! And if you have kids who are middle or high school aged that are not connected to Planet Red... GET THEM CONNECTED! Trust us, you don’t want your kids to miss out on stuff like this, and all that this amazing couple has to pour into them.

It’s Tuesday! Which means that tonight is PHAM U, our new family ministry focusing on Parenting, Homes, and Marriages. We will have something to offer the entire family, so we hope you will join us! See you tonight at 7!

Here at College Park we have an AMAZING kids ministry! Our leaders dive deep into the word and spend countless hours preparing for YOUR kids! Every Sunday they welcome everyone in for a time of fun, teaching, and prayer. We love and appreciate each and every one of our volunteers for the time and dedication they pour into this ministry; showing your kids the love God has shown to them! For the past couple months, they’ve been doing a series called “God Chasers”. The kids learned about being sons and daughters of God, and how they are part of God’s army. Every Sunday they had kid led worship and a lesson from “The Kings Messenger”, who would teach on the memory verse and tie it into their main lesson. They followed this with a time of prayer, which was a huge success! The kids learned so much about having a personal and intimate relationship with God. Finally, they would have a time to reflect and write goals in their personal journals. This morning, come to College Park and bring your kids to Kids Ministry! They’ll have a great time and we would love the opportunity to pour into them! We can’t wait to see you here at 10 am!

Our season of Tuesday Night Discipleship Classes are coming to a close. It has been an awesome time of growing in our biblical literacy and we have loved every minute of it, but starting tonight, we will no longer be having this class. Thanks for being a part of it and being committed to growing in your walk with the Lord by giving up this time every Tuesday night to come and learn and be poured in to. Although this is coming to a close, we are so excited for the kickoff of our Family Ministry, which will be starting up on Tuesday nights in a few weeks. Be on the lookout for more information on that soon!

Baptism Sunday

Check out this amazing testimony! We hope it blesses you! A couple Sundays ago we heard an awesome testimony of how God did a miraculous healing in this precious lady’s life. Mrs. Alvon’s daughter was in remission from breast cancer and was told that it had come back and that she was going to need very intense treatment. That following Tuesday, we lifted her up in prayer at our discipleship class as Mrs. Alvon prayed over Kendall and her situation; and as the prayers went up, the chains fell off and there was freedom and healing in both of their lives. Just 2 days later, while Mrs. Alvon was at her cancer doctor appointment, she got the news that her doctor had looked over her daughter’s files and that no cancer was there! We serve a supernatural God and nothing is too big or too hard for him!

Some of us pray for things that God entrusted to us as our responsibility. Let’s take ownership over the talents we’re dealt and use what we have now well. #collegeparkch #gvltoday #yeahthatgreenville #visitgreenvillesc #anointing #HolySpirit #talents #responsibility

1 John 2:15-17 shows us a few areas of our lives that sin will always be linked to; the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. It is vital that we die to our flesh every day and continually push to strengthen our spirit. Fasting literally does just that, it denies our flesh so that our spirit can be strengthened.
